By accessing this website, creating an account, or purchasing any course or digital product from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and by our Privacy Policy, Cancellation and Refund Policy, and Shipping and Delivery Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the website or purchase from us.
You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase from Rebel School and to create an account. If you are under 18, you may use Rebel School only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian, who must make any purchase on your behalf and who accepts these Terms on your behalf.
When you register, you agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep it current. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@rebelschool.in if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.
Each account is for the use of a single individual. Sharing login credentials, or allowing more than one person to access a purchased product through one account, is a breach of these Terms.
Rebel School sells online educational courses and downloadable digital study materials. Our current catalogue is:

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of all applicable taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout. We reserve the right to revise prices at any time; the price applicable to your purchase is the price displayed at the time you complete payment.
We do not sell any physical goods. Nothing on this website is shipped by courier or post.
On successful payment, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable licence to access and use the purchased product for your own individual learning purposes. This licence is granted for as long as we continue to operate the product, subject to Clause 12.
You may not:
• copy, reproduce, resell, rent, lend, sub-licence, or otherwise distribute any part of our courses, videos, PDFs, templates, or other materials;
• upload our materials to any file-sharing service, messaging group, cloud drive, Telegram channel, or any other public or semi-public location;
• record, screen-capture, download (except where a download button is expressly provided), or re-host our video content;
• use our materials to create a competing course, product, or service;
• remove or alter any copyright notice, watermark, branding, or attribution contained in our materials.
All intellectual property in the Rebel School name, logo, website, course content, and digital products belongs to Rebel School or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership to you.
If we detect unauthorised distribution of our materials, we may terminate your account without refund and pursue any remedies available to us under the Copyright Act, 1957 and other applicable law.
Payments on this website are processed by Razorpay Software Private Limited, a third-party payment aggregator. We do not collect, store, or have access to your complete card number, CVV, UPI PIN, or net banking credentials at any time. Your payment information is handled by Razorpay under its own terms and privacy policy.
You confirm that any payment instrument you use belongs to you or that you are authorised to use it. If a payment is reversed, charged back, or disputed, we may suspend your access to the purchased product pending resolution.

Registered users may participate in our referral programme.
• The programme is single-level only. You earn a commission on qualifying purchases made directly through your personal referral link. You do not earn anything from purchases made by people your referrals go on to refer, and there are no tiers, levels, downlines, or ranks of any kind.
• The commission rate is 10% of the net product price (excluding taxes and payment gateway charges) of each qualifying purchase.
• There is no fee to join the programme. You never pay us anything to become a referrer, and no purchase is required to refer. Rebel School — Policy Pages Page 4
• A purchase qualifies only if it is completed through your referral link by a new customer who is not you, and only if it is not refunded, reversed, or charged back. Self-referrals and referrals to accounts you control do not qualify.
• Commissions become payable once your accrued balance reaches ₹500 and are paid to your registered UPI ID or bank account within 7 business days of a valid payout request.
• If a referred purchase is later refunded or charged back, the associated commission is reversed from your balance.
• We may withhold commissions and terminate participation where we detect spam, misrepresentation of our products, false income claims, fake accounts, or any other abuse of the programme.
No income guarantee. Referral earnings depend entirely on how many people choose to buy through your link. Most participants earn little or nothing. We make no representation that you will earn any particular amount.
Our products are educational. They are provided for information and skill-building only.
We do not guarantee that using our courses or materials will result in employment, freelance clients, income, follower growth, business success, or any other specific outcome. Any figures, examples, case studies, or testimonials shown on this website reflect individual experiences and are not typical, promised, or guaranteed results. Your results depend on your own effort, skill, market conditions, and factors outside our control.

You agree not to use the website to transmit unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or infringing material; to attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, other users’ accounts, or any content you have not purchased; to introduce malware; to scrape or bulk-download content; or to interfere with the normal operation of the website.
We aim to keep the website and course content available at all times but do not warrant uninterrupted access. We may suspend access temporarily for maintenance, upgrades, or reasons beyond our control. We may add, modify, update, or discontinue individual products or lessons; where we discontinue a product entirely, we will give existing purchasers reasonable notice and access to download their materials.
The website relies on third-party services including Razorpay for payments, Bunny.net for video delivery, and hosting and authentication providers. Our website may also contain links to third-party sites. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third party
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with your use of the website or any product, whether in contract,tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount you actually paid to us for the product giving rise to the claim.
We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss, including loss of profits, loss of business, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
We may suspend or terminate your account and revoke your licence with immediate effect if you breach these Terms, in particular Clause 4 (Licence) or Clause 8 (Acceptable Use). Where termination results from your breach, no refund is due.
You may close your account at any time by writing to support@rebelschool.in . Closing your account does not entitle you to a refund except as set out in our Cancellation and Refund Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised version will be posted on this page with a new “Last Updated” date and takes effect from the date of posting. Your continued use of the website after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Indore, Madhya Pradesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms.
