Rebel School sells only digital products. We do not ship physical goods. No item is dispatched by courier, post, or any other physical carrier, and no shipping address is required or collected at checkout.
There are no shipping charges, delivery charges, or handling fees on any order.
Delivery is immediate and automatic on successful payment.
Online courses (AI Workflow Automation): Access is added to your Rebel School account instantly. Log in at rebelschool.in and open My Classes to start. A confirmation email with your access link is sent to your registered email address within 15 minutes of payment.
Downloadable products (The Reel Vault Bundle, The Study & Job Hunt Pack (100+ AI Prompts), Excel Formula Vault, Freelancing Starter Kit): A download link appears on the order confirmation screen immediately after payment and is also emailed to your registered address within 15 minutes. The same files remain permanently available in your account under My Classes, so you can re-download them at any time.
Course and download access is granted for lifetime access — meaning for as long as Rebel School continues to operate the product and your account remains in good standing. Downloadable files are yours to keep once downloaded.
Please first check your email spam, promotions, and updates folders, and confirm you are logged into the account you used to purchase.
If you still cannot access your product, email support@rebelschool.in with your order ID. We respond within 24 hours and resolve access issues within 72 hours. If we cannot restore your access within 72 hours, you are entitled to a full refund under our Cancellation and Refund Policy.
Our products require an internet connection and a modern web browser. Video courses stream best on a connection of 2 Mbps or higher. Downloadable products are supplied as PDF files, which open in any standard PDF reader. Excel-related materials assume Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
We are not responsible for delivery failures caused by an incorrect email address supplied by you, a full mailbox, aggressive spam filtering, or lack of internet access at your end.
